This January, Precision Athletica is offering parents the opportunity to elevate and enhance your children’s athletic performance and potential, we three holiday camps unlike anything you will likely find elsewhere.

Designed and run by our high-performance coaches, these camps will expose young sportspeople to the knowledge, experience and techniques used to mould world champion athletes, all in a supportive, inclusive and fun environment.

The three camps are…

Jan 7th – 10th: Introduction to Strength Training

  • Learn how to become strong like an elite athlete
  • 10am – 2pm daily
  • Open to all sportspeople aged 13 and over

Jan 14th – 17th: Introduction to Speed & Agility Training

  • Learn how to move like an athlete
  • 10am – 2pm daily
  • Open to all sportspeople aged 10 and over

Jan 21st – 23rd: Introduction to Power and Lifting Techniques and Training

  • How to go from sportsperson to athlete
  • 10am – 2pm daily
  • Open to all sportspeople aged 16 and over

Applicable to all sports, the three holidays camps have been designed to focus on improving overall athletic performance and providing education to the young athletes about how to utilise various training methods and enhance their own performance.

Registration includes lunch and refreshments, along with access to each day of that specific camp. Parents are welcome to register their children for as many of the camps as they wish and there are discounts available for early bird registrations.
