Meet The Coach

Precision Athletica Strength & Conditioning coach Jackson Privett is an experienced trainer who has worked in multiple sports and with sportspeople of all ages and abilities.

In his time at Precision Athletica, Jackson has been heavily involved in our Golf Strength & Conditioning Program, training the Golf NSW high-performance squad, elite amateurs, golf professionals and keen weekend club players.

He believes in the development of a well-rounded golfer, one who is proficient in expressing qualities of speed, power, strength, control and movement, all of which combine and are tailored to create the potential for improved golf performance.

We will provide you with a program that utalises the best strength training exercises for you and your golf training goals.

We will provide you with weekly over speed training sessions to do from home, using recommended products or your existing golf clubs.

We will provide you with a weekly golf mobility program to complete from home and in doing so help improve your flexibility and control ability.
