Strength

Follow our great strength building home exercises that will support an active and healthy daily life, whilst also providing the foundations to support a more powerful young golf swing.

Speed

Have fun using our progressive over speed training guide to help increase baseline swing speeds, providing a platform to smash the ball further than ever and get the most enjoyment out of every round.

Mobility

Avoid injuries and the common aches and pains of growing up, by completing our golf inspired mobility drills that are incorporated into our workouts to improve movement and flexibility.

Jackson Privett | Strength & Conditioning Coach | Precision Athletica

Meet The Coach

Precision Athletica Strength & Conditioning coach Jackson Privett is an experienced trainer who has worked in multiple sports and with sportspeople of all ages and abilities.

In his time at Precision Athletica, Jackson has been heavily involved in our Golf Strength & Conditioning Program, training the Golf NSW high-performance squad, elite amateurs, golf professionals and keen weekend club players.

He believes in the development of well-rounded young sportspeople, that are proficient in expressing qualities of speed, power, strength, control and movement, all of which combine and are tailored to create the potential for improved golf and physical performance, all whilst having fun training.

We provide you with a program that utalises the best strength training exercises for juniors, all designed to do from home and inspired by our elite players workouts.

SPEED

We provide you with an optional and fun weekly over speed training program to do from home, using either recommended junior products or your existing golf clubs.

Golf Fitness

MOBILITY

Incorporated into each daily session are golf inspired mobility exercises that help improve flexibility and minimise any injury risks or aches and pains from daily life.
