Elevate your child’s athletic performance with the same individualised training and nutrition services that help our champion athletes excel on the world stage.
Open to 11-15 year olds, our junior athletic performance program, provides young athletes with an introduction to the tools they will need to improve strength, endurance, speed, power and flexibility.
Applicable to all sports, the program has been designed by our expert team to include performance testing, exercise based games, nutrition guidance and a simple introduction to basic mindflow techniques, all focused on improving overall athletic performance and providing education to the young athletes about how decisions off the field, between games and at practice affects their play.
This camp will introduce our suite of services, help increase performance and decrease injury risk, all in a fun and supportive high-performance environment, run by some of the country’s top professionals.
The camp is only $150 per child and all participants will recieve a free Precision Athletica ’Athletes’ t-shirt, as worn by our high profile sports starts, such as Commonwealth Games Gold Medal winner, Melissa Wu, herself an Olympian at the age of 15.
