Countless people aspire to become an athlete and many more still, to become a pro or elite athlete. We see the lives of the world’s best athletes, travelling the globe to compete in the sport they love, stepping up and performing on the big stage and in the high-pressure moments, and we tingle with excitement about what that would feel like.

  4. Train smarter and harder than those around you
