Meet The Coach
Precision Athletica Exercise Physiologist and passionate runner, Justin Trang, is ready and able to help you achieve something special during isolation.
Starting with a detailed online assessment and discovery consultation, Justin will get to know you, your goals, limitations and availability. From there he will design the ideal program best suited to building your running fitness and speed, all the way through to the race of your choice.
To support your training, Justin will also be inviting you to join two weekly running specific strength and mobility classes, along with providing you with whatever support and advice you need to succeed.
COUNTDOWN TO THE RACE
The countdown is on and come July 4th & 5th, runners will pick a time and location to complete their runs and returning their times via Strava, will earn their place on the Precision Athletica leaderboard.
