Christmas Spin and Win Prize Guide

Thank you for taking a turn on the 2021 Precision Athletic Christmas Spin and Win Gift Wheel, and congratulations on winning a prize!

Below are further details on what each prize includes and how to best go about claiming your prize.

We hope that you had fun playing and Merry Christmas.

Team Precision Athletica

An email address was required to play and every email address may only win a maximum of one prize. 

Upon entering and spinning the wheel, you would have had a turn and if you were lucky enough to win a prize, you would have received confirmation on the website and via email – we also received confirmation of what prize you won.

The Prizes

The following is a list of all possible prizes listed on the wheel and what they all include. If you won a prize, please refer to your prize to find out more, including how best to redeem it: 

Free Initial 

A free one hour assessment and screening session with your choice of either a Sports Physio, Exercise Physiologist or Strength & Conditioning Coach.

60% Appt Discount

Receive a 60% discount on any one appointment with our team at Precision Athletica, or a free extra session if you are an existing Precision Athletica member.

3 Month M’ship

This is a free three month Silver Membership with us at Precision Athletica, including two one-on-one sessions per week with our team.

80% Appt Discount

Receive a 80% discount on any one appointment with our team at Precision Athletica, or a free extra session if you are an existing Precision Athletica member.

Nutrition Session

A free one hour nutrition assessment and advice session with our in house Sports Dietitian – this session can either be done at Precision Athletica or via our online telehealth system. 

Max Aerobic Capacity Test

A great assessment for anyone who runs or cycles (you can pick which version you want), this session will profile your ability to produce power over a range of training zones. This graded maximal protocol is used to track your aerobic performance over time. From this testing we are able to individualise training zones and estimate your FTP and VO2max.

Claiming your Prize

Step 1

As soon as the wheel stopped spinning, we recorded what prize you won in our records, however we do require that you retain and present the confirmation email you received as proof  when you come in to claim your prize.

Step 2

You need to call to acknowledge wishing to claim your prize – anyone who does not contact us within 28 days will forfeit their prize.

Please call our Customer Support Team on 02 9764 5787 and where appropriate book in with us for your session.

When to call

Please call between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, or 9am-12pm on Saturdays. Note that this competition is being overseen by our Customer Support Team and not the team in the centre itself, hence you will need to first speak to the Support Team.

Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter is: 3DSpring Pty Ltd (ABN. 35 164 551 428) whose registered office is at 2 Astley Centre, Cnr GWH & Mamre Rd St Marys NSW 2760
2. The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 16 years or over except employees of Precision Athletica and their close relatives.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. Only one entry will be accepted per email address and by entering you agree to be subscribed to the Precision Athletica email database. Note you may unsubscribe from the Precision Athletica email database at any time by emailing: olympicpark@precisionathletica.com.au
5. The competition will run until December 24th 2021.
6. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
7. The prizes are listed above and both Precision Athletica as the promoter and the entrant will receive confirmation of what prize the entrant has won – there will be no changes to that and it is strictly one prize per person that may be claimed.
8. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.The prizes are not transferable and may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or prize.
9. Winners will be notified of their prize via email and it is their responsibility to call Precision Athletica within 28 days of winning to arrange collection or acceptance of the prize. Any prize not claimed via phone call to Precision Athletica within that time period will be forfeited.
10. Upon calling to acknowledge your desire to claim a prize, all winners will then have up until February 26th 2022 to commence their prize, after which time all prizes will be forfeited.
11. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
