10 week pre-season football program

Designed and delivered by Precision Athletica’s Head of Strength & Conditioning, Nils Hestermann, this ten week program brings together all of Nils experience and knowledge gained during his times as coach at the Western Sydney Wanderers and AC Milan Academy, plus his various stints at German clubs, Werder Bremen and FC Ingolstadt.
Players will have the opportunity to train at Precision Athletica under Nils watchful eye, with the program including:
-10 weeks / 3 sessions per week
-Football specific conditioning
-Pre and post program performance testing inc skinfolds
-Exposure to our Sports Nutrition and Mindflow coaches
